Please note that all confirmed bookings made through our platform are subject to a strict cancellation policy that is non-negotiable and non-refundable. We strongly recommend verifying all trip details and dates before completing payment and confirming your reservation.

Cancellation Policy (Very Strict)

To maintain the highest level of commitment and unit availability, the platform applies one unified policy across all properties:

Cancellation is not available after booking confirmation. Once payment is completed, the guest may not claim any refund regardless of when the cancellation request is made or how much time remains before check-in.

  • Before confirming your booking: Please carefully review dates, unit details, and all terms.
  • After confirming your booking: The reservation is final and cannot be cancelled; no portion of the amount paid is refundable.

Modifying Your Booking

If you wish to change your stay dates instead of cancelling, please note the following:

  • All modifications require host company approval and availability.
  • Price differences may apply based on seasons and new dates.
  • Modification requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the original check-in date.
  • No modification requests are accepted if fewer than 30 days remain before the trip.

Special Circumstances

Cancelled by the host company: If the hosting company cancels your booking for reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

No-show: If you do not arrive at the unit on the scheduled date without prior acceptable notice, the booking is automatically considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Force majeure: In rare cases of exceptional force majeure (such as widespread natural disasters), please contact our support team with official supporting documents for case-by-case review.

Non-Refundable Fees

If an exceptional refund is approved (e.g. host company cancellation), the following fees remain non-refundable:

  • Electronic payment processing fees.
  • Platform service fees.
  • Taxes and government fees already paid.
